Some more details, if the opponent has a Midnight Wold, their skill dispels my wolf's vanish, but theirs remains. Seems to work fine for the AI

His first skill also does not purge. Night Swipe 2/2 Damage an enemy x2, HIGH to purge. I've tested this many times especially vs bosses that add attack up and regeneration. They never get purged.

One of my favorite units. Purge, Vanish if low HP, starts with Vanish, Enemies can't vanish, Immune to stat debuffs, can boost team attack. Sadly half of these skills don't work.
