The drain was fixed on blackhand but now it does very very little damage mine is tier three and it hits for 28-45 at most please look into it

KevinECG: I think the community will appreciate that the ECG team didn't wait too long with the changes. Will you guys ever release specific numbers (eg: blackhand damage reduced by 50%) in the patch notes?
