When selecting heroes for a quest if you tap anywhere that isn't a button or hero then it acts as though you hit the back arrow. That mixed with having to scroll through a huge list of heroes almost always guarantees that I will accidently throw myself out of the quest everytime I try to pick a weaker hero. Something similar happens on the world map as well. You should only be taken to a previous screen if you press the button to do so
